1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently offer shipping across India via trusted courier partners.
- At this time, international shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed via email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above 999/-.
- For orders below 999/-, a standard shipping charge of 70/- will apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional COD fee.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- In case of failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you for further instructions.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, or courier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
