Refund policy

At Laxmi Infoweb, we care about your satisfaction and comfort. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate the return, you must email us at info@blumbuds.com within this 5-day window, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps of the return process.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
    • In the original packaging
    • With all original tags and labels intact
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

  • Once your return request is verified and accepted, we will arrange a pickup (subject to location availability) or request you to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
  • You will be notified of each step via email for a smooth and clear process.

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blumbuds.com. We will prioritise a resolution via refund or replacement.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
